Creating A Ticket Count Report

Generating a Ticket Count report is easy, head to the to the Reports tab on the main header and then complete the form to choose the metrics you want the report on.

You can run a Ticket Count report per Ticket Type across your business, this will give you a view of how many tickets were posted across all clients for a particular ticket. Or perhaps you have a ticket type eg "Code Bug" and you want to monitor over a set period how many bugs were reported. Or if you want to narrow your report down to ticket type "Code Bug" from a particular client. Maybe you want to know how many tickets a client submitted in the past quarter in comparison to the previous one. These are all metrics that can be reported on using the Ticket Count report.

You are able to group them by different filters too. Grouping by client will let you see across all your clients who submits the most tickets. You are able to count by Month, Day of the week or by Hour. And you can order by Total, by Name or by System. These are all the different ways to display the data you need to report on.

Simply run the report you require and it will be displayed on the screen and available to download as a CSV.
