Your Interface settings let you customise your help desk name and logo. These custom properties will also be carried across to your public portal, (if you have one enabled). 

Name: To Name your system simply add the name of your company to the “Name” field. This will be displayed across your system including all of your outbound emails.  

Logo: We recommend using a PNG file with a transparent background and a maximum pixel size of 235x50. Your logo will replace the Issuebear logo at the top left of each page in your ticket hub and public portal, as well as being used on outbound email.
