Interface settings let you customise your service desk name and logo which will appear on your login screen and your outgoing emails. This helps your clients build trust in your service desk as they'll feel your familiar brand presence.
Name: Name your system by simply adding the name of your company to the "Name" field. This will be displayed across your system, including all of your outbound emails.
Logo: We recommend using a PNG file with a transparent background and a maximum pixel size of 235x50. Simply use the form to name your help desk and upload your logo by drag and drop or browse.
