If the Agent is part of a team, manages a team or is involved in various departments and various teams then they will have multiple queues, all of which will be displayed within their dashboard. Here is what an Agent will see on their Dashboard upon logging in. All users of your system will be met with a Dashboard, this can be the default dashboard or a customised one, see Dashboards for more details.
An Agent dashboard shows a colour coded summary across the top, giving a high level view of Total tickets, Unassigned within their queues, In progress, Waiting for customer and On hold.
The main dashboard will show a list of queues. A queue is a pre-defined list of tickets based on a specific set of saved search criteria. See Managing Queues for more details on how to set up a new Queue.
The default queues from the default dashboard will be Pending (tickets needing action) - Assigned to You (all tickets assigned to you) - Watching (tickets you are 'watching') - Waiting on my Team (tickets waiting for any of the Teams you are a part of) - Created by You (tickets created by you that are in any status).
