If the Agent is part of a team, manages a team or is involved in various departments and various teams then they will have multiple queues, all of which will be displayed within their dashboard. Here is what an Agent will see on their Dashboard upon logging in (this is a system default Agent Dashboard, this is customisable and can be set up under Dashboard settings).
And pending tickets that are due to be actioned by the Agent will be shown first. Followed by tickets Assigned to you.
Next up is any tickets waiting for the Teams belonging to the Agent. And then created by you.
And lastly is the list of any Teams the Agent is a member of and a list of each of their tickets.
