Customer Dashboard

The Customer Dashboard includes the following queues:

  • Created by You
  • Assigned to You
  • Watching
  • Created by your Organisation

First up is Created by You which contains the tickets the customer has created themselves:

Assigned to You is up next. This gives the customer a quick overview of what tickets are assigned to them and perhaps need actioned first:

If your customer is a watcher of any tickets they will appear here under Watching:

Lastly the Created by your Organisation queue shows any tickets created by other users within their Organisation.
