Client Notes is a handy place to store information about your clients, perhaps the products or services they have or any interactions that you've had with them in the past that might help in the future. This can be easily accessed by your agents to provide a more personalised service.
You can add a Client Note to the company as a whole. Under Clients simply choose Notes and add whatever pertinent information is needed here.
You can add as many client notes as you need.
Note: The information you want to store.
Agent Visible: The toggle at the bottom of the form will let you change the note from being visible to agents or not. If you don't select this, the note will be available only to those who have permission to manage clients.
Notes will appear within the ticket sidebar they are Agent Visible.
