This is a handy place to store information about your customers, perhaps the products or services they have. This can be easily accessed by your agents to provide personalised service.
To add a note use the Notes button on the Client list.
You can add as many client notes as you need.
Note: The information you want to store.
Agent Visible: The toggle at the bottom of the form will let you change the note from being visible to agents or not. If you don't select this, the note will be available only to those who have permission to manage clients.
Notes will appear within the ticket sidebar they are Agent Visible.
