When setting up a new Working Hours schedule, choose a clear and distinct name to differentiate it from other schedules you may create. An internal note is available, allowing you to explain the purpose of this schedule to others within your company.

By adding a Date Rule you are setting a specific period of time and its recurrence. For instance, if your business operates from 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday, you can define it as a Date Rule schedule that repeats weekly on weekdays. This ensures consistency in your working hours and helps streamline scheduling and automation within your system.
