Notifications
Notifications help to alert your Users when a ticket they are responsible for or involved with has been updated with a reply or change.
All users, whether they are Agents/Staff belonging to your organisation or from your Clients, will have a login Dashboard showing a prioritised list of tickets requiring their attention (based on the queue you have set as their default dashboard queue, please see Agent Dashboard, Staff Dashboard, Customer Dashboard & Queues for more detail).
However the Notifications icon (the bell in the top header of the page) acts as a quick reference list showing the most recently updated tickets. The bell will ring and have a red dot to signify they have notifications waiting.
