Announcements are a great way of letting your Clients and Agents know, collectively, any information that might be pertinent, or alert them to anything that could be happening within your business. This can be as simple as a notice about an upcoming national or public holiday where you will have reduced Business Hours, or it can be an official announcement for a new product you are releasing.
Adding in all the details on the form, making it clear what information you are trying to convey, and naming it well means anyone coming in at a later date will be able to find it easily. Once you have added all the details for your announcement the Announcement will appear on the Dashboard page of Issuebear for the Users you have chosen to display your announcement to.

Editing and Deleting an Announcement -You are able to edit and delete any Announcement you have created. It is advisable to check regularly that any announcements you have made are up to date and still relevant.
