Staff Tickets

A staff member dashboard will look different from an Agent one. A staff member will have less access to tickets depending on their staff role.

They won't have the colour coded quick view showing all types of tickets currently within the system as they might not have access to view or action them. A complete guide on roles and permissions can be found in the article Managing Roles.
