Add Service Level
Found within the main Settings fro the navigation bar of any page you'll find all the tools you need to create as many Service Levels as your business needs.
Within SLAs you'll find your system default SLAs should you wish to use them, or you'll have the option to customise your own.
Use the Add Service Level button to add the SLAs you require.
Name: Our most popular SLA levels are Bronze, Silver & Gold however you can name them whatever meets your business needs. So give your SLA a name using the free text box called Name.
Internal Note: Internal Notes are just that, a note you can add to your Service Level that can only be seen by users of you the system owner. Perhaps you want to ensure an SLA level only gets used for a particular client, you can put some notes in here to remind any of your Admin Users. Once you hit Save you'll be ready to add specifics to the SLA you have just created.
Status: The status Active/Inactive toggle is used to either switch the SLA on or off within the system. This means you wouldn't need to completely delete any SLAs created if in the future they weren't required for a certain period of time, you can keep the set-up of them but just set them as inactive as required.
Editing and Deleting an SLA
