Clients are your customers. As you will most likely be a B2B company you will need to add your Clients here or have them register themselves once you have registered their email domain address (more on this below).
Clients need to be able to login to see their Tickets and how much they are able to do with them will be up to you and managed via your set up.
Your Clients can be found within your main Settings hub found by clicking the Settings in the header of all pages.
Adding Clients is easy. You can add them manually one by one or you can import them using the handy importer at the top right of the Client listing page.
You may allow your Clients to self register. In this case you would need to enable 'Auto Create Users' by toggling the feature on and complete the field 'Email Domain'. This pre authorises anyone with the @emaildomain you have populated here to register themselves on your system.
