The System Owner is usually the person who has signed up for your Issuebear instance. The system owner will choose the plan level that your company wish to use and will be able to manage the billing under the Settings / Billing menu.

Those with permission will be able to close the account from the billing details page using the "Close Account" button at the top. It will ask for the name of the account to confirm closure. Please note that once you close the account this cannot be undone.

After your trial period has ended the system owner or billing manager will be able to commence billing using the "Start Billing" button on the billing detail page. This will launch the payment process to start your billing based on the plan level you have chosen.

To make any amendments to the current plan level either to downgrade or upgrade your plan use the "Plan Level" tab to access your current set up and select the plan for your account.
