Creating a Service Level Report
In this Report you will be able to run stats on any Service Level Agreements you have available and whether they have been met or breached.
Your Service Level Reports can be generated using various metrics. You can choose to show all of your Ticket Types or select just one. You can specify a date range to focus on a particular period, and you may select any or all of your clients.
If you are conducting a company-wide analysis, you could choose to include all clients to see how your support team are managing your SLAs and perhaps can give you an indication of support team member levels.
Simply run the report to see the detailed report on screen and then have it available as a CSV download.
