Queue act to help an Agent or Team to know what to work on next, they can see in list form what is next and how many more tickets they have to attend too.
To view your Queues click on Home at the top left of the screen.
Your list of Queues, whether they are the system default ones or custom Queues created for your Agents or Teams will be available on your Home Dashboard (dependant on the User and what custom options have been set up). See Agent Dashboard, Staff Dashboard & Customer Dashboard for more information on how these Queues will appear for each type of User.
