Announcements allow you to highlight important information to your agents, staff and customers.
These can appear either at the top of the Dashboard when a user logs in or on the homepage of your public portal.
They can be used to let people know of process or product updates, upcoming maintenance or other important information.
You can find Announcements under the Knowledge settings.
